Tongariro Alpine Crossing: Very knid and friendly staff and guide. We paid a guide to take a route different from the main track to avoid the crowd. The guide did, but only because we asked for it.

Tongariro crossing one of the best things, ever did

Adrift cancelled day-of without any advance notice despite my own efforts to confirm my pre-paid Tongariro guided crossing. Manager also insulted me and my home country. Best off taking a bus to the start and doing the hike on your own!

Had a great experience climbing to the summit of Mt Tongariro. All gear and equipment provided. Very physically challenging - at least moderate level fitness required.
