Space for 4 SC vans only close to beach and toilet has a BBQ and walk along beach always cars pulling in to look at beach and Islands across from houses of Tairua so alot of lights at nite max 2 days stay saw council person stopped probably recording licence place number

Avoid Camping Fines!

I can agree with that. One of the best camping sites we have been at, so far. There are clean public toilets 24/7. What I liked most: big trees and falling asleep to the sounds of the ocean.

Premium location under big trees but still on the tarseal. Coin operated BBQ's, picinic tables, surf breaks.....very civilised living. Surrounded by holiday homes so likely a busy spot in summer
