They give information on the Abel Tasman and the Marlborough Sounds and everywhere in New Zealand. The DOC is in one part of the i-Site so everything needed on the National Parks is there.

Good location with parking right outside making it easily accessible. I approached a lady at the desk with some questions I had. She answered in detail and directed me on a city map. A huge range of leaflets available to take.

Lots and lots of brochures/leaflets. That is probably the best way to get information from there: the staff will answer your questions hastily and won't bother to smile at you. But maybe you will be more lucky!
