Tried to make a purchase, were completely ignored. Went to souvenir shop in the red square instead. They were very helpful.

Extremely helpful in all i-sites. They give you ideas to make your trip personal, and to meet your budget which is really important!! They also gave us practical information, information on next towns when needed, and some discounts.
