Fairly well-informed but clearly too busy for staff to handle. Were not sure about information on safe drinking water along a biking/off road route.

Closed for stock check in the afternoon we wanted to visit. Following morning there was a big queue outside at 10am - they were late, no knowledge of climbing (even though mentioned on board outside). Sold us a walk map for $3 - seemed a lot.
