Information
Situated right on the beach, the Richmond Road end is a designated free-camping spot for certified self-contained motorhomes and campervans. Vehicles can stay a maximum of two nights.
Compared with other freedom camping locations in the area, this place feels more like the edge of the earth.
Keep this spot lovely by packing your rubbish out with you and ensuring you deposit wastewater in appropriate dump stations.

Perfect location away from the city lights with the sound of the wild ocean and stars shining bright. No facilities , but it definitely feels like you are in the wilderness despite being 10 minutes from town.
Avoid Camping Fines!

This is a beautiful secluded spot but it is all soft gravel/rocks and not amenable to an RV. We got stuck! But thankfully one of the very nice locals was there and towed us out.

just good for campervans and nice view in front the dock, I saw a seal during my visit. No facilities arround.
