Lovely bush site by the river. Very sheltered with moreporks and kiwi calling at night. Toilets are like dungeons, uncomfortable narrow and dark, bring toilet paper and insect repellent. If you really need it you can drive a couple of kms back up the hill and get good cellphone signal.

Cool spot. Start of a tramp so there’s a neat bridge over the river. Rather secluded. Sandflies: moderate. No water and need toilet paper. Level camping spots and beautiful place.
