Two nights at holiday park. Very good and busy with overnighting motorhomes. Facilities sufficient. Close to shops. Recommended.

Good service at short notice, but tent site was in very busy foot traffic area (as camp is quite small and compact) so it was very noisy all night, and ground was so hard I couldnt even hammer in the tent pegs....good thing it wasnt windy! However woukd be a nice spot to stop with a van etc, and the cabins are really nice.

Got a powers site for our campervan. Everything was clean and nice. I just felt like it was a bit overpriced. Twizel was a lovely town.

Small camp with good facilities. Pleasant surrounds and quiet.
Kitchen was a little small for the number of people who were there for our two nights but not unusable.
No issues at all and would come back.

Quite old and dirty could get an update. No playground for kids so pretty boring if you have kids.

Small campsite which gave it a more homely feel, we were welcomed on arrival by an extremely friendly and chatty guy on reception who gave us some pointers about the area. Facilities were correct size for campsite as often we have found that we are fighting for use of facilities at others. Would have loved to stay here longer than a stop over as it was a great location, shops and pubs only 500m away, and fantastic scenery. Also campsite provides services such as bike rentals at a very competitive price.

Owner is rule! I book only for myself. My friend travelled with me by her car( actually she is not staying in this holiday park). He thought my friend will stay in his place. He yelled to me and my friend “she gets out!” . he also use his finger to point at me! I was really scared! Acutally my friend will stay at lake xx reserve which is 8 mins far away from this holiday park and will not stay there! I pay for the rent and I did NOTHING WRONG! He shouldnt point at me and yelled to me and yelled to my friend!
Next moring 8am, the owner saw me and the first word to say is not good morning but “ where is your friend? Where is your friend”s car? Where is her now?”
My friend didnt pay for this holiday park and also didny stay in this holiday park. Therefore,he has no right to ask and CONCERN where is my friend ! It is none of his business!
