Friendly and helpful staff. Good focus on safety, and short pre-kayaking training session helpful. Quite an experience but hard work on a windy day for 2 sixty-somethings. We didn't see a lot of wildlife, and had to paddle hard to keep up. The guide was very informative. Other members of the group were cycling or walking back, which we didn't see as an option on the website, so it pays to ask. You will be expected to help carry the kayaks back to the trailer.
